In this example TLC has exported all the songs into their individual categories.  This page, the index page, is created with a link to each of the different categories.  When you select a category the zip file that contains all the songs will be displayed so it can be downloaded.    Category Index

The Index files list all the Authors or Categories that have been created as individual files.   Index files are created in addition too and automatically as the Author and Title lists files are created.  All headers and footers are optional.  You can also create the TLC HTML files without headers and footers then load the TLC created files into an HTML editor and modify it there.
