This is a TLC created Index Page.  In this example, TLC has exported all of the demo songs into individual files by Author.  When you click the Author Name, the HTML page containing the link to the ZIP file that contains all the songs for each Author will be displayed.  Try it! Click any Author below to download the songs contained in that file .

The Index files list all the Authors or Categories that have been created as individual files.   Index files are created in addition too and automatically as the Author and Title lists files are created.  All headers and footers are optional.  You can also create the TLC HTML files without headers and footers then load the TLC created files into an HTML editor and modify it there.
