Allright! You can download the latest versions by clicking the links below. If you are upgrading from a licensed version, TLC v4.0 will automatically detect the older version and import it's data, including your licensed keycode. Just make sure you install the new version into the same directory as the old one. This update patch contains some minor enhancements and bug fixes discovered in the 4.0 release. The beta release patch is now identical to the update patch. Download TLC 4.0 Update Patch... Important! If you are a user of any beta version of TLC 4.0 then you only need to download the patch file. Do not install the full TLC Setup! The patch is much smaller, installs quicker and you'll get everything that's in the full install. Download it here and follow the instructions when you run the setup program.
